      Pros

      Some of the people are nice and made some friends along the way, diversity only at low levels

      Cons

      Very unclear structure or future, KPIs, bad worklife balance, you don't know if the company will last or fail. Upper management people are completely out of touch, they don't care about employees at all, which makes it a hit or win as for your work life, depending on your manager / team.

      Great for entry level

      Pros

      While the pay is lower than I'd like, the team and culture are great, and work feels very rewarding. Combined with a relatively quick and easy hiring process and English-speaking environment, it's a rare gem for students in Germany, especially those coming from abroad. The work-life balance is also pretty healthy, with my manager and colleagues respecting my working hours and even encouraging me to take a break/time off.

      The base pay is barely above the minimum wage, and the only pay raise was just 0.39 cents per hour

      Remote work, very warm product and tech community, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Very high employee turnover, hiring freeze, salary freeze, recent layoffs, not supporting management, very unstable and oftentimes toxic working environment
