      - proper pay (as for 2022) - benefits - corporate culture and branding - team

      Cons

      I only heard, but didn't experience, that upper management can be quite toxic and demanding Also now, after a couple of rounds of layoffs, people who stayed have much more to-dos on their plates and much more pressure

      Pros

      I was able to apply myself to problems that I cared about, learn a lot, and got to enjoy delivering on some good challenges.

      Cons

      Everyone is busy and it can be hard as a manager to get support from others or even to work on projects in collaboration with other managers.
