      Pros

      I feel my job is really valued here and I could say that N26's employees have voice and are heard. All the guidelines regarding promotions are transparent and clearly established so you know what to do and what to expect, different from other places where no one gives any hint about growth possibilities. There is also a nice thing about collaboration, I was always helped by people from other departments when I needed.

      Cons

      I have been working for N26 for almost 9 months and I couldn't be happier. I do not have any "con" to mention here.

      Pros

      Company has some good benefits and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Don't expect big challenges there. At the end of the day, it's a bank and everything highly regulated, so you can't move that fast and soon you get the burden of bureaucracy sitting all around. Daily basis work is basically deal with bureaucracy and work in many tech debits left behind. Also, I have the feeling that we just react to business needs with not real planning
