      The people, perks and the city are hard to beat. It can sometimes be challenging to leave the job at the office but there are opportunities to grow and learn if you reach for them

      Flexible hours Young environment Good knowledge sharing

      Cons

      Legacy systems are there, not touched, rewritten but not terminated having to co-exist with the new ones creating strange dependencies. Some old systems are not owned anymore but a particular team so those are no men lands and difficult to change (as a matter of fact not feasible to change), creating constraints you have to deal with. Lack of uniform technical vision.
