Thank you for your feedback on your experience at N26. December 2016, as we have mentioned in other responses, was a migration period from our partner platform to our own backend system. We are very much aware of the amount of work which was required from all our teams and more so our tech leads given the responsibility they had to ensure their teams deliver on project. After successful migration, we’ve been working on increasing our team’s capacity to make sure that work is distributed well and that our employees are not overburdened. We are hiring a number of Tech Leads and Senior Software Engineers to make sure that this scenario does not repeat itself in the future.
