      You always work like a slaves Only say 'yes' to manager if you say no you will be fired or life is difficult in Netlink Always leaders watch how many time you visited for Tea or coffee You only supposed to take lunch with your team. outside team you are different category Hr and team only target needy people who want to come to Bhopal

      They force you to fill good reviews about company Managers are less technical Managers play badminton all the time no restriction. HR dont have enough control. Recruitment is done on reference basis within family members. If project is over they will fire you.

      Flexible work for leaders , they can take leave any time. No system in place, can take long break anytime. Leaders dont know anything, we get good chances to perform

      High political company, old buddies wont allow you to settle down. Particularly the leaders who are from day one. Everyone get chances to handle other department, now zero knowledge is handling HR. Imagine how HR function will be office is out of city, long way to travel. roads are not good. no development when compared to Indore which is 3 hrs travel from bhopal. Leaders are one group, They meet every weekends and discuss whom to target next in company and execute it with supports. No growth, salary wise and learning wise Every cost cutting, they target recent who entered to the system. Good comments about this company is written by their own
