Pros

Not much to say other than New Balance has "Great benefits". Robert T. DeMartini seems to be a good person after speaking to him once. Other than that, it wasn't great.

Cons

Promotions are nonexistent unless you have management in your pocket. This company is for you, if your goal in life is to keep the same position until you retire. If you don't believe in work/life balance. If you like managers who can't manage. Don't work here if you believe hard work will get you somewhere.
