      Pros

      They have great benefits and the hours are good for people. Actual associates are like family to one another.

      Cons

      HR is a joke. They talk about gossip and then they are heard gossiping, they don't do anything for anyone anymore. its all online. The in house clicks of who gets to be what is outdated. YOU are not seen for the job you do well You are seen for who you know well and whose friends with whom. It is a sad environment to work in and people can't even do the jobs they were initially hired for. They are moved all over and new balance wonders why there are some quality issues and a hard time meeting deadlines with products? no advancement for anyone.

      Pros

      Casual work environment. Most people were friendly. Benefits were pretty good.

      Cons

      It wasn't what you knew, it was who you knew. When trying to climb the corporate ladder, having the right person/manager on your side carried more weight than your actual job performance. Raises received were practically the same person to person no matter if you worked harder than your peers. Promotions took quite some time to achieve. Salaries could be higher like the competition offers.

      Good payment, good hours, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Shady assistant manager, shady store manager, unprofessional environment, no place to put personal stuff, caos on stock room, unhappy coworkers, lack of communication between everybody, ridiculous store policy, no appreciation for costumers.
