Pros

Outstanding strategic plan and Sr. Management vision for future. Great opportunity to lead and grow in entrepreneurial space. Ownership willingness to invest in future growth. Strong values that ownership insures are core to everything we do. Great, competitive people to work with.

Cons

Very few. Must be willing to be agile, self starter, and one that can build future infrastructure while growing current business.

Pros

Work/life balance, culture, athletic/health focus, community involvement, benefits.

Cons

Given a lot of additional responsibility outside of job description, which helps associates grow, but the monitory value doesn't come with it. Not many promotions given out.
