Pros

Amazing people in both retail and corporate. Learning opportunities come often and are varied, if you take the time to seek them out. Travel options are plentiful and can be really enjoyable.

Cons

Level of feedback is dependent upon direct supervisor, like many other companies. However, there aren't many checks and balances in place to make sure supervisors are actually developing their associates. Little room for advancement, as positions are limited and not being created in relation to growth.

Pros

The culture that New Balance and ownership have built within the company radiates out to all it's satellite locations and facilities. It's one of the best work atmospheres I've ever experienced.

Cons

The company is experiencing extremely fast growth at the moment which at times can be challenging to teams and individuals who are unprepared or unwilling to be nimble with their day-to-day work ethic.
