      Pros

      Great place to work: In most positions the work / life balance is good and working hours are normal. The company and workplace is very diverse and I met a lot of great employees and people.

      - large varity of IT topics to work on, from 6G to autonomous driving, to AI / virtual reality to optics - and many many more - true global player - great team, flat hierarchies, company culture based on mutual respect - very flexible working schemes in terms of time and place (working remote, hybrid, etc)
