Nether getting bored with great teams facing real hands on challenges a the same time combined with flexible working environment and proper work / life balance.

Cons

constant changes and insecurity caused by market situation ( hopefully should be improving soon), slighly missing career growth oportunites.

- Very social, very european. - Decent work/life balance. - Above average benefits. - Nice workplace atmosphere. - HR is generally on your side.

Cons

- Bonuses are paid independent of actual performance. - There is no consequences for not doing your job. - Speaking up about competency issues is not appreciated (be nice to everyone policy) - It's embarrassing to say you work for Nokia, because the portfolio is pathetic. - Senior management is agnostic to what the company actually produces. - Every new project is an internal politics game rather than an external market game.
