Pros

Nokia is an innovative company, with a good reputation and standing. I am constantly being given greater responsibility, and I feel that Nokia will support my career progression. In my position, I am always exposed to interesting new technologies, and I feel like i am helping the world progress. Managements attitudes to staff, certainly at a professional level, are very good, and I feel that I am listened to if I have problems. They are also very flexible, and accomodating to an individuals personal needs

Cons

communication is often quite poor, and the method used to calculate bonuses is a bit arbitrary. There is also quite a lot of unneccessary travel to meetings, which could be much more efficient.

Pros

Flexibility, work life balance, you can pretty much define your work experience based on your own initiatives.

Cons

Too complex and slow organization, bureacracy, and too much process have taken the entrepreneurial zeal out of people

Pros

It has a great culture, especially from the Nokia lineage. the company promotes people based on their performance, their eagerness to contribute to the organisation and their capabilities. NSN lays a lot of emphasis on learning and career councilling. The employee is free to choose the training courses he would like to attend to boost his domain knowledge/skills. At times, such trainings are also mandatory and therefore need to be taken on a mandatory basis.
