Pros

The one real Pro was the employee discount which is probably the best in the industry.

Cons

training was really not there for anyone above the sales associate position. When I came in to the company from one of their competitors I realized that they had a high amount of turnover specifically the District the involved the Arizona market. out of the 15 stores this district had 12 store managers where new and it was caused from the lack of leadership the District manager had. There was no room for improvement and as store managers we where told to recruit from outside rather than promote from with in.
