Pros

Friendly staff and team members. Good learning path. Can build leadership experience.

Cons

BE CAUTIOUS about trusting their claims of flexibility regarding work locations. Despite their assurances of a flexible work arrangement, the reality is far more restrictive. Remote work is generally limited to fewer than 3 days per month, even in non-critical situations. Moreover, if you need to work from home during emergencies without prior approval, this may be held against you—regardless of your performance or dedication. Such instances could even result in termination without prejudice with their strict in-office policy, which is presented as "flexible." Be mindful of this disparity between their promises and actual practices to avoid unexpected consequences.

Many thanks for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor! It's nice to hear that you enjoyed our PUMA Fam spirit and were able to grow both personally and professionally while working here. However, we're sorry to hear about the challenges you faced within your work environment, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. At PUMA, we aim to foster a supportive and transparent work culture, and flexibility is an important part of that. However, as with many global organizations, our approach to remote work can vary based on role, team needs, and regional guidelines. We understand that situations can arise unexpectedly, and we’re continuously working on improving how we support our teams in those moments. Your feedback is therefore very valuable and will be shared with our internal teams to help us align our policies more closely with employee expectations. We thank you for your feedback and wish you all the best for your future career!

Pros

There are some nice and brilliant people you could meet

Cons

Well underpaid compared to the industry standard, across many (if not all) footwear brands based on other offers, friends in the industry, and public job postings.

Feedback Puma Outlet Store

Pros

Had the luck to work with amazing people that made working there easier. (besides the manager)

Cons

The store had potential, but unfortunately, the manager didn’t know how to take advantage of it. He did not consider any of the employees' opinions regarding the clothing merchandise that should be available in the store, even though they were the only ones actively working to improve it. At times, he would completely shut himself in his office, watching the cameras just to report to upper management whenever we would take a moment to talk to each other. Of course, upper management took his side, blaming the drop in sales on us talking instead of acknowledging that the manager continuously ordered the worst-looking clothes and shoes for the store. He also made poor visual merchandising choices and did not allow us to have any input. The store was extremely cluttered with clothes, and you couldn’t move a single item without everything falling over. Even when all of us employees went together to speak to upper management to explain the situation, we were still portrayed as the bad ones, accused of turning against the manager. After these interactions, the manager would sometimes throw unpleasant remarks at us whenever something didn’t go his way. There were even situations where employees left the store crying.
