      Pros

      Perfect environment, super nice colleagues, family friendly employer, super flexible working hours, cool brand and great freedom to do your job, flat hierarchies (you'll see the CEO and other senior managers walking around), I have the feeling that you can really make a difference in this company. A great culture to be! I think Hr does a wonderful job around all these well being initiatives.

      Cons

      Well, you better have a car to get there. PUMA reimburses you for public transportation. However, there are not so many buses going there. If you are lucky to get on a bus, it stops right in front of the office.

      - great work life balance - amazing oppurtunities - great atmosphere - great facilities - great job

      Cons

      feel that there is some systems in place that dont seem relevant for our BU, there are alot of process we have to go through that are frustrating, EG, choosing fabrics before we even start designing, such high testing standards for fashion pieces, lack of future vision- or insecurity of not believing or trusting design and being too concerned what happened last year, (what happened last year is 2016- we are now designing 2018-2 years later not going to be relevant anymore)

      Pros

      Good atmosphere with colleagues and managers, everything very casual and informal which is great for a such a big company. Amazing benefits summarized in a Wellbeing Plan, from sport courses to bio-canteen, events for employees, etc. Lots of possibilities for the work/life balance: flexible work hours, home office, child care office. That was actually surprising for me and I'm proud of working in a company that gets closer to the needs of the employees.

      Cons

      The company is very dynamic, which can be sometimes stressful when trying to move forward with projects.
