      * Fair salaries * Approachable Management * Nice Campus * Smart colleagues

      Cons

      * Campus is outside of Berlin (20 minutes drive) * For lunch, the canteen is almost the only option. Quality is ok but could be better. * Getting promoted does not depend (only) on your skills and capabilities but on your relationship to management.
