      Great colleagues, brilliant CEO, amazing potential and lots of opportunities to grow. For the ones willing to grasp and build their own career, PayPal is a great place to do it at. Work/life balance is crisp!

      Cons

      Billions of internal processes that slows down pretty much whatever you wish to work on. Which in itself slows down the company growth.

      - Low salary compared to similar jobs in banks or financial institutions - Not much benefits - No reasonable options to advance in career - Every single minute of your day must be productive (in other words - you are an expense) - Your experience outside of the organization is not relevant if you'd like to progress within company
