      Good Resume builder but you will never retire at this company

      Pros

      Good resume builder since other employer's know if you survive for long you are certainly working hard.

      Cons

      Politics galore, lip service paid to the front line on how management feel's about them. Managers get used up quick. Promotions are based on what you are not how you perform. Company is gutting North America of resourses and investing in the developing markets.

      Very competitive in HR and not qualified for what they claim they can do

      Pros

      There are some really nice people there trying to do the best they can.

      Cons

      I think they take on too much and the quality of the work suffers as a result. A lot of territorialism in the division. There is also an attitude of entitlement amongst some of the younger people and a tendency to push the boundaries by some people to get what they want.
