      Long hours - physically demanding - no Family time

      Pros

      work on your own. You choose the time to start so long as it is before 7 am. paid a % of sales no one looking over your shoulder

      Cons

      over 50 hrs per week pay o.k. benefits mediocre. no free stuff!! as promised. have to meet at office once a week - drag cause you got to drive from where your last store is and have to be there at a specific time.

      Pros

      Results oriented company comprised of many smart and talented people who work collaboratively to deliever great results. A company with vision and a strategic senior leadership team, providing employees with the room to mauveur and do great work, but also a culture which allows you to bring you to the office. PepsiCo walks the talk.

      Cons

      Driven to succeed, sometimes bites off more than they should chew. The focus and passion of the employees somehow get's it done. You have to make your own work life balance, that's fine, but I wish we could find ways to catch our breath before moving on to the next endeavor. Vacation policy is archaic.
