Although there has been some challenges in the business recently, and the company had to make a layoff, as employee who had to leave the organisation, I have had a great ending journey, which only made me love the company more. The whole process was open and transparent, and I felt I was valued and respected. We not only got a fair settlement package, but also the professional 'outplacement support', which equipped us with what we needed to resume our career. I really appreciated what the company and the amazing colleagues have done and I wish them the best. In addition, what also made Philips a respectable employer is during the challenging time, they didn't compromise any of their commitment in quality, customers and social responsibilities, and they still try their best to look after their employee.
