lack of accountability and ownership by majority of staff & senior leadership standards & expectations from sr. mgt that they themselves don't adhere to bad employee morale in general rather atrocious employee retention for such a small group lack of strategic vision by most staff and departments - feels more like working in factory than an innovation center of excellence

Each small division has some good management and some not so good. There can be a culture clash when philips tries to manage one countries workers in the style of another country's management. This happened at Oral Health.
