      Pros

      strong benefits package, especially 401K match; culture based on innovation--many patents; good opportunity to interact with and get to know colleagues from other countries

      Cons

      wage freeze and lay-offs due to economic downturn (though I believe there was an aggressive expense reduction effort to limit headcount reduction)

      Pros

      The people are great and the benefits are great. It's a hard-working group of serious folks. Seems everyone is a type A personality and they push through projects fast. Quality of product is excellent.

      Cons

      Transparency and internal communications are an issue. Quality of life-work/life balance is an issue for many people. Not much responsiveness from counterparts overseas on putting in the effort or the hours.

      Pros

      Good Benefits including profit sharing if company does well. Relaxed environment in most areas. Most supervisors take good care of employees needs.

      Cons

      A few bad eggs that can annoy you enough to want to quit on occassion but not too many of those.
