      Nothing No work life balance No ethics Zero employee satisfaction

      Organization that didn't care about there workers and employees They molest there employees by distroying there work life balance specially in India, when entire world is facing pandemic and company closed for 2 days for sanitization as per govt. rules they even for that they deduct leaves of employees. They have incresed there shift timings to 12 hours a day for 6 days in a week (which can be 48 hour as per Indian Govt. rule), and not even providing any overtime, travel allowance and compensation for it
