Unlimited car usage, Kinda flexible working times,

Cons

High KPIs (14 visits per week), Managed self principle in theory but micromanagement appears every month, Horrible IT systems, Managers try to "sell" you that everything is awesome and this is the best place to work ever, but they take no criticism or make no action to alter things when the team wants changes. Only the KPIs matter, your effort does not.

-A good place to level up your boot licking skills -Managers with broken speaking and writing English wont get judged

Cons

- need to have advanced boot licking skills to survive - new comers are always the scapegoats. Usually get fired or asked to leave within 6 month or in a year. - constant hire and fire that explains the long list of available vacancies in SouthEast Asia - ladies need to be young, pretty and dress sexy to survive in this company. - politic is common everywhere, but this company is another different level. Truly an eyeopener to see how things are done working in pxc sea.
