      company culture and integrety in some areas; lack of or missing communication; continously changes; Key persosn are leaving the project; missing processes; no development plan; no regognition

      Pros

      Location of Office good in the city center of Valencia Nice colleagues Lot of travels

      Cons

      They hire people but they dont have work for them to do. My colleagues are all bored and no manager are available. Home office allowed 2 days but they are not happy when you stay home. Manager not open and not supporting people.
