      -Great people, best in the industries (real estate/energy/etc.) -Business is modernizing away from traditional norms of real estate -Small enough to make an impact in your role with global scale support -Projects galore, and if you're a self-starter, even better -Generous benefits, PTO, and holidays surpassing industry standard -Flexibility for time in-office and WFH split 50/50

      -Some of the senior leadership needs to turnover, it's time to allow high potential folks into the driver seat

      The team itself feels like a family, everyone is always open to help and talk about anything. HR always presence and checking in with their employees and taking care of their opinion and needs.
