Great culture, great office, constant challenges, very innovative, growing, constant opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will never be bored here if you don't want to be.

Cons

It is extremely fast paced so know that going in. There are always numerous initiatives that your department is expected to support and help make successful. The moment you feel like things may become manageable another project is started. Not for the faint of heart.
