Pros
Exposure to a variety of clients, both large and small. Associates are encouraged to have client contact. Many opportunities for growth and career advancement. Great learning opportunities, both through client work and training. Benefits are toward the high end of the spectrum, lots of time off and flexibility when you need it. The ability to work with and learn from so many talented people.
Cons
Long hours, you really need to be dedicated to your work if you want to succeed. Some pressure to meet chargeable hours. Pay is decent but could be better. Too much administrative stuff keeps you busy and distracts you from doing actual work.
