Pros

for companies that are not mature in XM you are selling a great product - industries/companies that are looking to go from grade school to high school in EX and CX

Cons

we don't take great care of our customers post-sale, cuts have been extreme can't deliver on what we promise for accounts that aren't fundamental use cases. really tough environment to sell in in general - internally a mess - takes way to long to get information or things done. pull the LI data on enterprise sellers that exited in the last 18 months and reach out to them first of all - there is a lot -if you are a top performer and can have any job, don't settle here.

Beautiful campus with lots of food and amenities

Cons

Management is a joke. In-fighting is nonstop. More political backstabbing than Game of Thrones. The incompetent boys club that runs the show makes life hell for all.
