Pros

Beautiful location at foot of mountains. Half hour drive to Sundance and skiing. Love all the pups running around the office. Good teammates. Medical benefits are pretty good.

Cons

I have a hard time dragging myself to work every day. I thought it would be a fun, dynamic atmosphere, welcoming to all ideas. Not the case. If you're not a senior manager, your ideas will stall or get trampled. Really strange because I thought this would be a strength at Qualtrics. The only thing we seem to care about here is number of dollars coming through the door. Employees are not valued here. Vacation time is limited. Salary is bogus.
