Pros

Great company culture advertised. Some genuinely nice people.

Cons

I write this with deep disappointment and a heavy heart regarding my experience with RAPP. My time at the company has been nothing short of disheartening, and I feel compelled to share my perspective to help others make informed decisions. From the outset, RAPP positions itself as an advocate for employee well-being and a champion of ethical values. Unfortunately, my experience has shown a stark contrast between their stated ideals and the actual treatment of their employees. The leadership's disregard for employee concerns and well-being is shocking. Employees are subjected to abusive behavior and mistreatment from higher-ups, leading to an atmosphere of fear and demoralization. The very leadership that should be fostering a positive work environment becomes the source of anxiety and frustration. What is even more distressing is how RAPP handles employee grievances. When brave employees muster the courage to voice their concerns, instead of addressing the issues constructively, the company responds with retaliation. Employees who dare to speak up are met with hostility and, in many cases, are unjustly laid off at the earliest opportunity. I recently heard that the severance pay offered to employees who have dedicated their time and efforts to the company is shockingly dismal, revealing a lack of compassion and empathy for those who find themselves in unfortunate circumstances due to the company's own actions. My experience at RAPP has been a stark reminder that appearances can be deceiving. It is disheartening to witness an organization that claims to prioritize its employees' well-being and ethical values fail to uphold those principles when it truly matters. I write this review out of a genuine concern for others who may be considering RAPP in the future as a potential employer. It is my hope that my words will serve as a cautionary tale and encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture before making any commitments.

Pros

If you have the initiative, there is definitely room for you to own and build something. Good work life balance. Snacks, sodas, and beer are nice. This is a comfortable place to work if you're not looking for cutting-edge work and want to keep your head down..

Cons

- The open office shared with 3 other agencies is not a productive working environment. - Talent that springs up is rarely nurtured and end up burning out. - There is a surfeit of ineffective midlevel management that need to be replaced, good managers and mentors are hard to come by. Do not come here if you're looking for mentorship. - The review process has changed from year to year here. At this point, people have resigned to the fact that it's a mess. - The HR team is clueless on how to perform basic HR-related processes (Explaining benefits, handling complaints, scheduling interviews).
