Pros

The Dallas office is small so it's easy to get to know everyone. The space is beautiful and located in a building with other Omnicom agencies offering opportunity for collaboration.

Cons

The client roster is small. The management team is under a lot of pressure to grow. Morale is low. The agency brand is in the process of being redefined and positioned which creates muddiness in pitches and partnering opportunities in the network.
