Pros

Great benefits since RAPP is a part of Omnicom. The people you work with every day are kind and most are very smart so there is good exposure. Very flexible on time in and out of the office.

Cons

Slow bleed of clients and limited growth in retained client innovation. Not a lot of varied work. Little to no training or development (HR leadership is a mess). This combined with a slim workforce leads little or no room for advancement. Future outlook is pretty up in the air for a few of the offices, but if something lands it could get exciting.

Blow it up and start from scratch

Pros

The people are what keep the place together. And that's the people on the ground actually doing the work.

Cons

High paid leadership with tenure, comfortable with their salary has led this place to the ground and it keeps getting worse and worse. Good people have lost their jobs due to their lack of care and mismanagement.

Pros

All staff is pushed (in a good way) and given a lot of responsibility. I learned a lot of things that would of expected from the next level at most agencies. I was more prepared for my next role.

Cons

NY office has not won a new piece of business in over a year. People are over worked and not supported. Clients can walk all over employees because RAPP needs the money.
