Pros

The atmosphere of the office was great. Everyone really cares about you, even as just an intern. I learned a lot and got to take some initiative on a couple cool projects.

Cons

The only con to working here was that I only got to work there for a summer. If I could have changed anything, I would have added a week or two on to the internship experience.
