      OK Place to Work If Your Team Doesn't Suck

      Pros

      Good perks, company culture -- lots of events, good benefits package and incentives for staying with the company put together by management.

      Cons

      Your time there can be miserable depending on your manager and your team. I had little contribution to the account management team because there were too many cooks and then you're not encouraged to contribute on a bigger scale outside of the perimeter of your exact role.

      Friendly, approachable and sociable co-workers who wanted to create great award-winning work. Good work/life balance. And based in a great location.

      Cons

      The work has become tedious and dull. Poor process and leadership in certain departments. They create good margins on some client accounts by under resourcing on account management.
