      It's great till the honeymoon period is over

      Pros

      Really have a great bunch of competent smart people they tend to hire especially in the strategy department and data department and cool creatives. Lots of benefits for parents, and flexible working. Actually try to be inclusive, albeit rather slow on the progress. Fantastic location, bankside is lovely and the offices are clean and well equipped, including gender neutral toilets and other amenities.

      Cons

      Loses BIPOC talent quickly, tenure is always incredibly short. Constantly pitching, and losing pitches without proper feedback. The client leadership team aren't the best and clients can tell. Senior leadership is very far removed from reality. Progression is extremely slow and reluctance to give people promotions even or recognise contributions of Junior & Mid Weight Staff. Promotion of people who are close to senior leadership, rather than those who deserve it. Some departments aren't collaborative and feels like they're not on the same team,
