I have been working at RAPP for 5 months now and I can stay that is a really good place to work. The teams really care about their employees and the client work. They have excellent benefits and it helps that they are a part of Omnicom. I would recommend working here to anyone. The new CEO, Marco, is doing a great job as is Justin the President of the NY office. They are both invested in the people and company. Good job guys!

Cons

The hours can be long but that is the case at most agencies.

Great perks and work life balance since company recently implemented work from home policy. Also have the opportunity to work with a lot of driven, smart people. Company looks like it's growing and moving in the right direction.
