More talk than work

Pros

Friendly Atmosphere Good work conditions. Easy access to the board.

Cons

The agency has a great concept. Creative technology and data driven solution to bring innovation for their clients. It would be fantastic, if it was more than just a speech. It is only an outdoor because in truth, the agency are far way to make necessary moves to bring this idea to reality. The engines of this company have strong roots on the offline world. New ideas and new technologies are discouraged here. If you have strong skills to produce outstanding jobs here, don’t come over. There is only a way to be promoted here. By talk. Everything is talk in this company. For each person that really has skills to produce something, there would be 3 or more account manager.

Lots of talk, little action

Pros

- Some really smart and innovative people in top management. - Some attempt made to provide fun "perks", such as Friday wine cart, even if it feels forced.

Cons

- Little attention payed to how to get things done. Every idea is the next hot idea, and Rapp assumes that they can easily become experts in that area, even though no thought is given towards how to make that a reality. - Frequent lay-offs, restructuring, and rebranding lead to confusion and low-morale.

Good salary Good creative Good people Fun celebrations

Cons – The company tries to portray itself as a data driven CRM agency BUT it is far from it. Management does not know anything about data and does not want to accept it. No technology infrastructure and investment. Ideas floating around with no plan for execution. Very frustrating for a data/technical professional. Don't leave your job to join this company if you are data/ analytics/ technical professional. No money for training.v. Volatile. Can be good for hungry, out of college 20 year olds who can be lured by prospect of free Boose.
