Pros

new communication knowledge, from the activation area which my expertise for the last 14 years. I was invited to Rapp as Activation experts to inject activation soul in Relationship Marketing business in Indonesia yet regional scope. Relationship marketing is really a new way of communication type with the consumers. Just like the human being relationship, while advertising is meant to know each other while activation is meant to have experiences and engagement then Relationship marketing make the long lasting relationship comes through, while digital and mobile make the relationship more colorful. So I am in the right path of business hopefully. Insya Allah

Cons

my superior way of work, not bad but too slow

Pros

Good reputation and general work autonomy. Social events help peopel who work together in high stress situations to become more acquainted as regular people. This helps them understand each other's communication styles to better work during the day.

Cons

Lack of culture makes it less likely for employees to develop a bond toward the company that could foster loyalty.

Pros

The people that work midlevel along side of you. They are really fun and extremely talented people, and that's really what makes me want to come to work every day.

Cons

The new management (specifically the creative leads) has not made an attempt to get to know their employees. I do not think either of the 2 head people even know my name. And, they are very unfair when it comes to taking days off how can you tell people who have vacation days left that they can't use them. Also when it comes to new business....give other people a chance...you'd be surprised what your employees can do...rather than the same people working ont ehm over and over again...it gets kind of dry
