      Pros

      I am quite new here at RAPP and the atmosphere at the office is very good. The people here are intelligent, funny and creative. It's an inspiriting place to be. Happy I came on board to be part of this journey that seems to just be getting under way.

      Cons

      Better communication between employees and senior management is needed. It exists but it can be more engaging and more frequent

      Pros

      I'm relatively new to the company and being part of RAPP's new approach, explaining it to clients and what it means to me is inspiring. I work with some truly great people. Competitive package.

      Cons

      Not a clear understanding of the internal culture or overall direction of company. Many new network wide projects /people but not knowing the focus for management / us. More recognition for the people excelling thats linked to a clearer development plan

      Due to being in a group, revenue is put into one domain.
