Pros

Large accounts, with big purse strings. The clients would spend money on creative projects and the agency spent on new business pitches so it was a creative shop.

Cons

There was very much an "in" crowd and if you are not in it then you will not advance or got the worst assignments.

A strong diversity track record especially for mid management in hiring, however more focus needed in retention of that talent.

Cons

There appears to be weak leadership team across the offices with lots of infighting.
