      Got to work with some very smart, hardworking people, and on interesting projects.

      Cons

      All policies and practices were dictated by head-office. Very limited opportunity for advancement outside Canada.

      People are really friendly and willing to help if you ask. Location in London is really nice. Some part of the bank are growing.

      Cons

      Some part of the bank such as wealth are in bad shape with employees really unsatisfied, and there is not strategy to prevent people from leaving.
