The company as a whole is good with excellent direction from Toronto

Wealth Management is very badly run, awful senior management in London which leads to limited career prospects, low salaries and bonuses and poor moral.

Pros

-good benefits -okay bonus -good RRSP matching/pension plan options;-you can elect through program to become a stakeholder/shareholder -great perks programs -good reputation -WFH once per week

Cons

-departmental politics -HR always sides with management -salaries in Insurance not on par with market trends, yet head can pay himself whatever he wants and usually 10 Million bonus -technology still catching up -hypocritical with values: makes everyone take yearly tests but as a corporate brand, they do not practice what they preach. -Yearly Employee Survey waste of time: they only care about the bottom line and not about their employees welfare
