Wost company I have ever worked for, constant pressure put on you, whatever your performance it's never enough. Most stressful job I have ever had, hell on earth. Hard to get out as there is a tracker on the car, constantly being monitored, Targets constantly being raised and numbers manipulated to control you behaviour regards to your working and stressing you out thats the M O. Nasty managment across the UK, will pay you as little as possible, until you chuck it in then they want to throw money at you, Avoid like the plague, working for this company changed my personality, They higher people with zero sales experience and then enjoy watching these people suffer with the toughest sales job ever, then telling them what they are doing wrong, mental breakdown city, think they get off on it, Working for Reca my analogy, like drowning in a swimming pool and your manager has his foot on your head,

Tracked daily on tablet and car was told I wasnt calling on enough customers even though I didn’t have many was never told who my customers were just handed a wad of papers with details on it. Pay is not what they tell you, if you dont get 3 new customers a month you lose £300. They say it is from any commission but that is crap. Only work for this company if you live to work, they only likd people who work from 6am till whenever they drop.
