Nasty management, talk to you like you are something stuck on the bottom of their shoe, you are also a debt collection officer, when you start with them you have to sign a form stating if certain cash customers don't pay, it will come out of your wages, typically cash customers cannot get credit BECAUSE they are bad payers, Nightmare getting money off these customers, They promise a big salary, not going to happen, out with my manager on a work out day 11 hour day, we didn't stop once, Expect to live to work, 10 hour day being the norm, hourly rated out, better off in Mc Donalds, less stress. Have one bad month and you will be relieved of your duties on the spot.

Big brother constantly watching you, penalised constantly despite hitting unrealistic sales targets, trackers up, phone calls monitored, appointments per day monitored, constantly change goal so salaries go down, company prizes only go to favourites. Hard work and loyalty goes against you. If you can’t sell you will be made a Manager. If you can produce the targets you will never progress with this company. Brow beaten in one to ones and targets unrealistically increased so unachievable!! Many more cons!!!
