I am being totally honest here in saying I cannot think of 1 pro.

Cons

Terrible management that are on some sort of power trip. Your every move is watched which is hard when your on the road all day driving from one customer to the next. I was called on numerous occasions and asked why it took me 10 minutes more than usual to get from A to B. (We had to log every visit ,20 a day) watching our every move. My colleagues up and down the country all felt the same, completely hounded on a daily basis. High staff turnover, high % leave completely stressed.
