      Pros

      Great hands on training from the start and continued throughout the year Hands on management and very supportive both on the phone and in person on work out days Good opportunity to earn lots of money with good commission structure and incentives Management training and courses with potential to move into management as like to promote from within.

      Pros

      I loved my time here and would one day like to return and work along side some brilliant people. Fantastic training and support network, Hands on management out in the field to support at all times. Great opportunity to move up the ladder in many areas of the company. Absolutely recommend this company to any old hands or people looking for a company to help them cut their teeth in sales.

      Cons

      Managers should sit in the back of cars on work out days to avoid disrupting your passenger seat office.

      Ive been in this industry for 15 years and this is the first place ive found that your classed as an asset to the company not just a number like most simular companies . Amazing management structure and people. Plenty of opportunity,potential and areas for development. Cannot recommend enough!!!

      Cons

      There doesn't appear to be any unless your fussy about having a skoda as a company car but then there changing to the new ford range so that solves that!
