Sometimes people are not likable

No clear targets, no clear planning, goals sets are always hard to meet since there is not enough money to get the resources to meet the high expectations users have. Management don’t know how to say „no“ or how to negotiate to crazy demands by the users. Projects can be totally change from one day to another, doesn’t matter how long people have been working on it. Management is also very stubborn. Equity and inclusion topics are not promoted. Not even an email to join Vienna pride was received and when there are talks about this topic it ends up being only about patriarchy cs vs feminism basically. It’s hard to move internally inside the company since management has a very old and stubborn mindset (Expert necessary mindset). Not open to new things and doesn’t trust that people can learn new skills.
