      The company has good security solutions, and is very interesting to work at. The salary is good, and all benefits are paid.

      Cons

      Management could be less strict towards their employees. You don't get to know the people you work with, as the company is huge.

      I didnt see anything special

      Cons

      Just another average company where if people choose to can just sail through for years if you are in the right team. Team management are only concerned in showing number to their higher ups. You will hardly get to learn anything that will boost your career. Too much internal politics. Big company issues as RSA is part of EMC.

      Well positioned for success. Management team is solid and communicate often and are accessible to all levels.

      Cons

      Once able to get things done quickly but difficulty doing so now. Strategy has shifted, product issues need to be addressed.
